Oona has worked in the development departments of social housing providers since 1983 in London and the Home Counties.

Prior to that she worked as a surveyor for the Property Board of National Rail, formerly British Railways.

Her experience in social housing ranges from the purchase and refurbishment of street properties to the purchase and development of sites for mixed tenure residential use working with some of the largest housing contractors in the sector.

Oona retired as a Construction Project Manager from Network Homes in June 2023 having worked there for seven happy years however she wishes to continue her contribution to the social housing sector by becoming a Board member at Keystage Housing.
