Keystage CIC
Annual Impact Report 2023/2024
We are delighted to present our Impact Report for 2023/24. It is filled with details about our key services and showcases the unique and specialised work we do to support those who are vulnerable.
Our Story
Keystage CIC, was originally founded in 2012 to create homes for people who require specialist support and face significant barriers to accessing homes. Since 2021 Keystage has been working alongside partners to create homes and specialist services for individuals with complex needs and homelessness experiences.
After 10 years, in 2022 Keystage Properties reviewed our strategy and vision to strengthen and widen its focus on the development and creation of housing opportunities for individuals at risk of homelessness in the East of England.
Keystage Properties became Keystage CIC, a not for profit provider, in 2023, with a revitalised mission, vision and reconnection to our core values, and agenda to create the right home, allowing individuals to access this at the right time for them in their pathway, alongside the right support that assists them to sustain their home and their wellbeing for their future years.
Our Accommodation
Keystage CIC works in partnership with Keystage Housing to provide housing solutions. This includes within Homes England Programmes, and Supported Housing developments to support marginalised and isolated groups who are often excluded from accessing a home multiple times.
Steadfast in its commitment, Keystage CIC will continue to create positive social impact through affordable housing which incorporates specialist supported housing initiatives and community redevelopment.
By leveraging innovative solutions, we strive to build stronger and more resilient communities where everyone can thrive.
