Background
Keystage CIC provides social, supported and affordable homes for individuals at risk of homelessness. We work with specialist providers to ensure that individuals are able to access opportunities for support to assist them to live quality lives in our homes and to progress into more permanent homes.
Encompassing 147 units, across North Herts and Luton, Keystage CIC provides a broad range of options to support people in whatever stage they are in on their housing pathway.
Supported Homes
A home is an opportunity to make an intervention from a safe and secure base. We know that many people have a deep and individual history with housing.
Often working in partnership with local authorities, statutory services and specialist providers, we provide a space for individuals to access the support they require from the safety of their own home.
Affordable Homes
In 2021, Keystage CIC worked with Homes England and DLUHC to provision 14 affordable homes for people with a history of homelessness, with specialist support provided by Keystage Housing.
